Tata Memorial to set up dedicated wing after reviews find this age group more vulnerable than others. Concerned over poor outcomes in the treatment of cancer in adolescents and young adults, Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH) is, for the first time, setting up a separate wing to treat patients from this sensitive age group.

Five new towers are now underconstruction at ACTREC’s 60-acre campus and they will eventually house among other facilities a 930-bed hospital, a hadron radiation therapy centre and a hostel for patients’ relatives with a capacity to hold 300 families.
