please help, unable to download hall ticket for jrf 2020

I cannot download my admit card. the login page is not responding.

I am unable to get information for the exam center for the JRF2020 exam on 29th December 2019. I tried to check today but it is showing 404 page not found. Is there any other way to get to know about the exam center?
